OUR WORK AND YOUR RESULTS

Leave it 2 Loz (L2L) provides services to meet your needs as outlined in our initial discussion, consultations and correspondence. Evert effort is made to manage your expectations however the success of L2L service is dependant upon your co-operation and L2L is not responsible for needs and expectations not being met where you fail to co-operate.

RESTRICTIONS

L2L reserves the right to withdraw from a project at any time if the project involves perceived unsafe working conditions, if clients are in breach of their agreement with L2L, or if L2L cannot render the services requested by clients through no fault of our own.

EXCLUSIONS

L2L will only remove/dispose of items from the property as authorised by the client/property owner in writing. You are responsible for all rubbish removal and any items that are to be sold or donated to charities unless alternate arrangements have been made. LSL may recommend that you seek input from third parties (e.g. tradespeople) but payment of third parties is your responsibility. LSL is not responsible for any work completed by third parties. L2L services are conducted in the presence of the client/property owner unless we are provided with written authorisation from the client/property owner granting L2L access to the premises.

QUOTATIONS

Any quotations for services are valid for 3 months from the date provided.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

L2L respects that your time is valuable and appreciates that you understand L2L’s is too. L2L will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time. All clients who purchase a package are requested to pay a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and deducted from the final payment. The remaining fee for L2L services will be issued as an invoice which is due within 7 days of the completion of the job.

Any additional costs for items to be purchased (including coordination and/or pickup) will be itemised for your approval & payment. Please note that no items will be used without your consent.

Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled session time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client. Any cancellations that occur within 24 hours of a practical session will deem forfeiture of deposit that has been paid.

If the total cost of L2L products and services is $750 or less, full payment is due on the day the job is completed, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Balance of payment only can be made via cash payment on the date the session or contract is completed should you wish to do so.

INSURANCES

L2L takes its potential liability very seriously. Whilst taking the time and care to ensure that your property or possessions are not damaged in the provision of services, L2L holds Liability insurance in the event that accidental damage occurs.

In return you are responsible for doing all things necessary to ensure the safety of L2L representatives attending your premises and you are liable for any injury caused and for any loss or damage to L2L property whilst on your premises.

CREDENTIALS

According to the Department of Health, Professional Organisers are considered essential services. L2L is registered with Service NSW as a COVID safe business. L2L follows COVID safe practices on all jobs ensuring masks, disinfecting & hand wash are used as required along with social distancing.

L2L has also completed the NSW Police Force identity verification check.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Given the sensitive nature of the work L2L does and the high level of trust requested from clients, you can be assured of absolute privacy and confidentiality when working with L2L. Your personal information will never be sold or distributed.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND TESTIMONIALS

Clients give permission to use, without remuneration, testimonials and before & after photos in L2L marketing materials, which may include print and online advertising. Please advise if you do not consent to the taking of before & after photos. Any images used will ensure that no identifying detail such as your name or address are evident. L2L warrants that at no time will your testimonial, pictures or name be used to promote unlawful or morally objectionable activities including (but not limited to): sending unsolicited email; activities designed to defame, embarrass, harm or abuse third parties; or for a crime of any kind.
